With 10% of the UK’s population living within a 45 minute drive of the Trafford Centre we know many of our guests are just a stone’s throw away! Whether you want to entertain the kids or relax with some retail therapy we’ve got plenty of ideas to keep everyone happy.
1. Party time!
Looking to organise a party for your children? The Trafford Centre is the perfect location. The play area is the ideal setting for a fantastic birthday party or summer holiday meet-up for children aged 2-10 years.
And for some post-party refreshments drop into our restaurant in the Great Hall where our Kids menu includes pizzas, spaghetti and mini bruschettas! Click here to view our menu.
2.New stores & new looks
There are plenty of newcomers and fresh new looks at the Trafford Centre this summer with up to ten major new brands and refurbishments coming to the Manchester shopping centre soon. Schuh and Reiss are just two of many stores to unveil a sleek new look so far this year! Bear with Build-A-Bear (sorry!) as they are currently moving to their new location – due to open very soon.
Zara Home has also opened a new flagship store on Peel Avenue – just in time to freshen up your interior decor for summer.
3.There’s still time to celebrate Easter
The Easter Eggstravaganza in Barton Square is ending this Sunday. So there’s still time for the little ones to take a spin on the Victorian carousel or bounce on the bungee trampoline.
4.Attention all students
On Tuesday 26th April (6pm-10pm) the Trafford Centre will be having an exclusive student event across the centre. There will be plenty of special offers and discounts. Register here to get involved.
5.Cirque du Soleil Amaluna
We’re already excited about Cirque du Soleil Amaluna performing at the Trafford Centre this autumn! Following its success at the Royal Albert Hall in London, Amaluna will be wowing us with exclusive performances and unbelievable acrobatics at the Trafford Centre’s Big Top in September 2016. Pre-sale tickets are available here.
