Eddie has more than 20 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having started his career at 16 and quickly rising through the ranks to his first management role when he was just 20.
Eddie said: ‘Pesto at the Dicconson Arms is a fantastic restaurant, it’s a real meeting hub for the local community. I’m really looking forward to getting to know our patrons and developing the community feel further.’

Eddie’s interests outside of Pesto include cycling, walking his chocolate Labrador, cookery, and fine wines. Eddie also admits to enjoying unusual exercise sessions, such as Glofit and hot yoga.
Pesto at The Dicconson is based at the heart of the community and offers elegant dining in a cosy setting. The privately-owned Italian restaurant company now has ten sites. It features open fires, cask ales and gorgeous settings.
Renowned for its Italian small plates or piattini, Pesto boasts more than 40 dishes full of big flavours. Giving an authentic taste of little Italy, dishes include Spiedini di Pollo – a skewer of marinated chicken breast wrapped in fine cured ham, sealed and baked in the oven, also and Polpette di Manzo – deliciously spicy meatballs.
