Spring is nearly here – and that means it’s time for a menu make-over! We can’t wait to share some of our fantastic new dishes with you. To whet your appetite here’s an idea of what could be hitting your plate very soon.
Our brand new Verdure al forno is a tasty way to help towards your five a day! We lightly season and simply roast in the oven a range of fresh colourful, seasonal vegetables.
Our Melanzane is back by popular demand. We’ve improved and refreshed this tasty dish. We build a tower of sliced aubergine, with tomato, herbs, Gran Moravia and mozzarella cheese and top it with breadcrumbs. It’s a popular (and delicious!) option for vegetarians.
We’re introducing two new pizzas. The first is a hot and spicy pizza with a ‘njuja topping. Beware – it’s spicy! The second is a delicious pizza topped with tomato, mozzarella, tuna and diced red onion. We’re sure this pizza will make waves with all you fish fans.
Finally our penne all ‘arrabiata is simple but classic edition to the menu. We serve penne pasta with a spicy tomato and chilli sauce and finish with Gran Moravia cheese.
